How do I schedule an appointment:

Please complete the following information and Dr. Manganello will be in touch with you within 24 hours (M-F) to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss scheduling and goodness of fit!

How long does treatment take?

This can be a challenging question to answer, as it depends on several factors. Factors that play a role in the duration of treatment include severity of symptoms, time devoted to treatment (in and outside of the sessions), accommodation of symptoms, life events/other stressors, co-morbid conditions, and levels of motivation. On average, 16 consistent weekly sessions may be expected, give or take depending on some of the factors noted above.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Not yet, however, we are currently in the process of finding an ideal location in the Philadelphia region to serve our clients in-person. We are very excited to start in-person sessions soon, stay tuned for updates!

What are your methods of payment?

Credit/Debit Card. Payments are made securely via patient portal.

Do you charge a convenience fee?

We do not charge any convenience fee.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept any forms of insurance. Insurance companies can impose limitations on the type and duration of treatment, which may affect the treatment process and outcome. Not taking insurance allows for us to tailor your treatment needs specifically to you based on time needed per week or per session based on your treatment plan. Additionally, it may be appropriate to offer sessions outside of the office setting, and some insurance companies do not reimburse for more intensive treatments. This is all done in order to make treatment decisions with your best interest in mind and allowing you to reach treatment goals in a more efficient manner with fewer limitations.

Since you do not take insurance, will my insurance cover any of my session fees?

Your insurance policy may reimburse "out of network" rates for sessions. You may reach out to your insurance company specifically, ask what their out of network reimbursement rates are, and they should be able to tell you how much they may reimburse you per session cost. This varies per insurance policy and either some or all of your session cost could be covered. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits prior to starting treatment.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Dr. Manganello offers a limited amount of sliding scale appointments. If this is something that you need to inquire about, please note this when completing the contact form.
